    I have been in field of mental health, education and wellness for over 20 years.

    But most importantly, I am human.

    I am someone who has navigated a lot of personal transitions. Grief and loss, career shifts, relationship changes, you name it. And in that process, I found myself wondering, “Who am I, really?”

    Many times I lost my way. Many times I did not trust myself. Many times I lacked the confidence to make important decisions and went along with what I thought I “should” do.

    I know that I could have really used a guide during those times.

    I think of my work as a life coach similar to forest ranger. The forest being your life!

    We work together to understand where you are NOW, and where you want your life to go. We navigate challenges and barriers. We collaborate to find clarity in your path. We increase your confidence, and the connection you have to yourself to take small steps forward.

  • You can think of life coaching as your basic guide to staying grounded during all of life's ups and downs.

    Coaching is goal oriented, and is not intended to treat serious mental health concerns. Coaching is a collaboration that incorporate your insight and awareness in order develop a plan to achieve goals related to a specific issue. Coaching  is available anywhere in the US.

    Coaching is NOT therapy! Coaching and therapy are very different and distinct professions. If you believe you have symptoms that would benefit from more intensive mental health treatment, I am able to provide you with referrals.

  • Coaching can be tailored to your needs - either short term or longer term.

    $200 for individual coaching session

    $1000 for series of 6 coaching sessions

    $2000 for series of 12 coaching sessions
